The grapes grow on clay and silt soils.
Grapes
The blend comprises 65% Verdeca and 35% Bianco d'Alessano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September. They are gently pressed, then undergo static settling at a low, controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 14–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in steel tanks for two months, followed by one month in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
