About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel vats.
Label / history
The Tenuta del Morer line is named after the mulberry tree (morer). Mulberry trees grow in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where they give shade to people working in the vineyards during the dry summer months.
