Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the estate’s vineyards in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with spicy dishes, soups, blue cheeses, eggs, asparagus, fish, risotto and shellfish.
