About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a parcel in Gualtallary, Tupungato, in Mendoza’s Valle de Uco. The vines average 20 years of age and grow at 1,150 metres on alluvial soils. The site combines high altitude with a cool, sunny setting.
Grapes
100% Grenache.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, the bunches selected and the fruit destemmed. A 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration is conducted at 6°C, followed by fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is gently filtered before bottling.
Ageing
No wood ageing.
Technical data
2023: 14.2% alcohol, pH 3.61, total acidity 5.1 g/L and residual sugar 2.21 g/L. Ageing potential is 7 years; recommended serving temperature is 15–18°C.
Tasting profile
A fragrant red with fresh strawberry and pomegranate aromas, layered with loose-leaf black tea, hibiscus, rosehip and freshly ground white pepper. The palate is juicy, velvety and vibrant, followed by a persistent red-fruit aftertaste. Its combination of elegance, versatility and freshness gives it a pronounced gastronomic profile.

Serve between 15°C and 18°C.
