About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay comes from extreme, high-altitude terroirs in Valle de Uco, where the diurnal temperature range contributes freshness and minerality. The vines are 25 years old and grow at 1,100 metres.

100% Chardonnay.
Ageing
Aged for eight months in oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Bright yellow with golden and greenish reflections. Expressive and complex aromas combine pear, apple and peach with subtle citrus, vanilla and toasted bread from barrel ageing. The palate opens fresh and balanced, with richness, volume and vibrant, tense acidity. The finish is long, elegant and harmonious, leaving delicate fruit and toast impressions.
Serving and pairing
Serve between 8°C and 12°C. Suitable pairings include white meats, ceviche, shellfish, pasta, fish, oily fish, blue cheese and sushi. Ageing potential is ten years.
