About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The 2025 Chardonnay comes from vineyards in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, planted at elevations between 900 and 1,200 metres. The vines average 20 years of age.

Grapes

100% Chardonnay.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand, and the bunches are selected before whole-cluster pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 14–16°C. After fermentation, a portion of the wine is transferred to oak. The components are subsequently blended, gently filtered and bottled.

Ageing

A portion of the wine matures in French oak barrels for six months.

Technical data

Latest technical sheet: 2025 harvest. Alcohol: 13.6%. Total acidity: 6.8. pH: 3.31. Residual sugar: 1.8. Winemaker: Pablo Cúneo. Ageing potential: two years.

Tasting profile

Bright yellow with greenish highlights. The nose evokes white fruits including pineapple, pear and peach. The palate is rounded, lively and precise, with ripe-fruit character and balanced acidity providing an appealing juiciness. The finish is expressive and persistent. The broader profile combines freshness and fluidity with body and an unctuous texture.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 8–10°C.
