About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Conceived as a rosé from the vineyard onward, the 2024 wine uses fruit from Valle de Uco, Mendoza. The vineyards lie at 900–1,100 metres, and the vines average 20 years of age.

Grapes

Pinot Noir and Grenache; the proportions are not specified. Grenache contributes fresh, deep red-fruit character, while Pinot Noir supplies citrus, spice and floral notes.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested manually and the clusters selected. Whole bunches undergo direct pressing at low temperature, and the must ferments in stainless steel. The wine then remains on its fine lees for two months in concrete tanks or pools. Gentle filtration precedes bottling.

Ageing

No oak-barrel ageing. The wine spends two months on fine lees in concrete.

Technical data

The 2024 vintage has 12.7% alcohol, pH 3.3, total acidity of 6.60 and residual sugar of 1.1.

Tasting profile

Pale, bright and luminous pink, with subtle copper glints. Fragrant strawberry, cherry and raspberry aromas meet delicate floral tones. The palate is vibrant, refreshing and approachable, with a clearly defined fruit profile and an elegant personality. The general profile also highlights sour cherry, wild flowers, tension, a soft texture and a persistent finish.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 9–11°C. Its style is intended to be versatile at the table.

Label / history

The name and concept pay tribute to the aphorism “a rose is a rose is a rose,” expressing the idea of rosé presented in its essential form.
