Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on clay-limestone soils at a planting density of 5,500 vines/ha.
Vinification
The grapes undergo 15 days of low-temperature skin maceration, followed by 12 days of alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages on clean, fine lees for six months, followed by two months in bottle.
