Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the volcanic and tuff hills of Cornorotto, in the municipality of Fara Vicentino.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested slightly overripe and fermented in steel vats, with frequent daily pumping over of the must.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel tanks for six months.
