About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard lies at the foot of the Alps in northern Veneto. Its cool terroir and tuff soils support densely planted vines with low yields.
Vinification
The grapes undergo two days of cold maceration followed by gentle pressing. Vinification takes place in new French oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees in barriques for five months, followed by one year in bottle.
