About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in clay soils in the Conegliano hills.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then sorted, cleaned and gently pressed. The juice is fermented, followed by secondary fermentation in sealed tanks using the Charmat method.
