About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Rinaldi vineyard in Monforte d’Alba, on limestone-and-sand soils. The vineyard has been cultivated since 1965.
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 28–30 °C for five to six days.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks, eight months in barrels and six months in bottle.
