About this wine
Grapes
The blend includes 15% other white grape varieties permitted by the Treviso disciplinary committee.
Vinification
Only the first-press juice is used. Fermentation is carried out with specially selected yeasts from the Conegliano area, in accordance with the rules governing Prosecco production.
