Vineyard and terroir
Organic practices are followed in the vineyard, with minimal intervention in natural processes.
Grapes
The blend includes 15% other white varieties permitted by the Treviso regulatory committee alongside Glera.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Organic practices and minimal intervention continue in the cellar. The wine is made according to the traditional process and Prosecco production rules. The must ferments for one month at a controlled temperature of 12–15 °C. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave and is stopped by cooling once the desired residual-sugar level is reached.
