About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards in the southeastern part of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested relatively early, at the end of August, to preserve their natural acidity and freshness. Fermentation takes place without the skins at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for six months.
