L'Osteria di Meleto: il luogo del buono

Osteria di Meleto is housed in the old kiln once used to fire bricks for many of Gaiole’s farmhouses. Guided by Jonathan Rampi and Lara Valentini, it serves Tuscan dishes from late morning into the evening. Ingredients come from local short supply chains and, in some cases, directly from the estate.
