About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on hills in the Valdobbiadene Superiore area.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, after which the juice undergoes fermentation. A second fermentation follows in sealed stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat method. The wine is bottled under pressure.
Ageing
It rests in bottle for a further year.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with intense fruit notes, balanced acidity and a fine stream of bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with fish and seafood.

The Prestige Collection comprises classic sparkling wines closely connected with Mionetto’s history since the winery was founded. The collection is distinguished by its original, elegant label design.
