The grapes come from the estate’s youngest clay-soil plots, principally around Bricco Genestreto in Priocca, within Roero.
Vinification
Vinification lasts approximately 15 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months, with 70% aged in stainless-steel tanks and 30% in oak barrels.
