The grapes are vinified on site at the collaborating family winery.

The wine is aged in Monchiero Carbone’s cellar in Canale.

Label / history
Monchiero Carbone added the wine to its range in 2009. It originated through Francesco Monchiero’s collaboration with a former classmate from the Alba School of Enology, whose family owns the winery and vineyards in Rovereto di Gavi.
