About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the producer’s vineyards in a small village in the municipality of Sommacampagna. The soils consist of clay, limestone and gravel.
Vinification
Harvest runs from mid-September to early October. The grapes undergo cold maceration before fermentation, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pair with fish dishes, soups, poultry, chicken, white meats, rabbit, young cheeses, seafood, crustaceans and shellfish.
