Vineyard and terroir
The vines are between 9 and 30 years old and grow in clay-limestone soil.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September. Fermentation lasts 20 days at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, with regular bâtonnage.
Tasting profile
Pure and intriguing, with a broad, intense aroma. The palate is soft and balanced, with a lingering finish.
Vintage notes
The 2014 vintage won a silver medal at Mundus Vini in 2018.
