About this wine
Vinification
The wine is re-fermented on the pomace left from Amarone production, a process that develops a fuller structure.
Ageing
It matures in barrels for at least 18 months, followed by a further eight months in bottle before release.
Tasting profile
Deep in colour, with a generous aroma. The palate is intense and persistent, with an elegant tannic structure.
