About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early October and pressed at low temperatures. The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration for 7–10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in barriques and rests for a further four months in bottle.
