About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Fruit is selected on the vine, with each vine carrying no more than three bunches weighing a total of 1.6–1.8 kg.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed before fermentation, which takes place without oxygen.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for four months. After bottling, it matures in the cellar for several more months.

Label / history
Luca Maroni awarded the wine 99 points out of 100 in 2016. It also received a special prize at the international Vinitaly exhibition in Verona in 2014.
