About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested at night over four nights, which gives the wine its name. Picking at night is meant to preserve the condition, freshness and aroma of the fruit. The slightly dried grapes (appassimento) are then vinified.
Tasting profile
Elegant and concentrated yet balanced, with a rich texture. The fruit notes and freshness are kept, and fullness and liveliness come together in a harmonious style.
Label / history
"Quattronotti" means four nights, after the four nights of harvest. The style is comparable to Valpolicella Ripasso and may suit those who like appassimento wines.
