About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts takes place in concrete vats, with 30 days of skin maceration. The wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine ages on its fine lees in new French barriques for at least 14 months. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally during this period.
