Viaggio di Vino – Il Sorbara nelle cucine del mondo began at 19:30 on 6 June 2024. The program combined a guided winery visit with an international dinner whose dishes were designed to accompany Sorbara. Students from the Nazareno hospitality school in Carpi developed the menu as part of a work-study program. Attendance was limited and advance booking was required.
