About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the village of San Vito di Monti Alba, at 330 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 12 days at 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for 4–6 months in stainless steel tanks on clean lees.
Label / history
Different vintages have received "Two Glasses" from the Gambero Rosso guide and a gold medal at the Decanter WWA competition.
