About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow on limestone soils of glacial origin, in vineyards at 500–900 m above sea level in the communes of Montagna and Fiè allo Sciliar, Alto Adige.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 18 °C.

Ageing

After fermentation the wine is aged in oak barrels on fine lees, which gives a refined, refreshing style.

Tasting profile

Light and vegetal, with fruity flavours and floral and herbal aromas.

Serving and pairing

Suggested with asparagus or a light summer salad.
