About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown across several plots in Cinigiano, Tuscany. The porous clay-limestone soils provide good drainage for the vine roots.
Vinification
The must undergoes a short maceration at 30 °C for about 12 hours, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in the same stainless steel tanks.
