About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in porous clay and limestone soils that provide good drainage.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness in late September. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C, followed by 15 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barrels for at least one year.
Serving and pairing
Pair with meat dishes served with spicy sauces, game or cheese.
