About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Chianti.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Traditional vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks, with fermentation and maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels and cement vats for 18 months, followed by three months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
