Vinification
Bottled partway through fermentation and sealed with a cap, following the Pétillant Naturel method. Carbon dioxide and yeast remain in the bottle, producing a gentle sparkle.

Label / history
The name “Hurra” was inspired by the female pirate Sayyida al-Hurra, known as the “Lioness of Morocco.” Its narrative label features a dragonfly presented as a messenger for clean agriculture, continuing Pizzolato’s travel- and adventure-inspired naming for its PIWI wines.
