About this wine
Vinification
Organically grown Glera is vinified by the Charmat method. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave, creating delicate bubbles and preserving a clean, fresh, fruit-led character. The wine is certified vegan, with no animal-derived products used in production.
Tasting profile
Ripe pear and white-fruit flavours are accompanied by light floral notes. The palate is round, soft and refreshing, with delicate bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Made to be served over ice. It may be served with desserts.
Label / history
The bottle has a bright, Japanese-inspired design. Its removable floral sleeve recalls kimono fabric and features a central lotus flower symbolising renewal. The sleeve is fully recyclable.
