About this wine
Vinification
Unfermented white grape must is diluted with water and carbonated with carbon dioxide. Sulfur dioxide is added before bottling to maintain product quality.
Label / history
“Sunny Farm” is a separate project from La Cantina Pizzolato, centred on organic production, ethical choices and reduced waste. The wines are made through a controlled supply chain.
