About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Apulia. The vineyards are planted at 4,000 vines per hectare, and the vines are 12 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and vinified in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in barriques for four months.
