Winter pruning began on 8 January after maintenance of vineyard supports. Each vine was assessed individually, with manual secateurs used for precision and battery shears for ergonomic assistance on larger work. January brought unusually high temperatures, especially at night, and 41 millimetres of rain over 18 days. In the cellar, 2024 lots rested separately in 25-hl Austrian oak for I Poggi, 25-hl French oak for Riserva and 40-hl Slavonian oak for Brunello. Rosso was split among oak and stainless steel; Cabernet Sauvignon and press wines rested in French barriques. The rosé spent about six months on fine lees, divided between steel and barriques. AirMixing trials explored gentler cap management using air jets instead of pump-overs or punch-downs.
