Renovation of the old fermentation cellar

The small fermentation cellar constructed in 1986 was renovated for the 2023 harvest. Seven new stainless-steel tanks were installed, equipped with advanced systems for draining, temperature control and safety. Their combined capacity is 1,500 hL. The development was designed to make fermentation more precise and efficient, reduce the physical workload for cellar staff and improve occupational safety.
