About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Pradel” vineyard, at 450 m above sea level.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by two weeks of maceration.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for six months.
