About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow at 450–500 m above sea level on marl and clay soils with a limestone surface. The vineyard faces south and southwest, and its vines are 20–50 years old.

Vinification

Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts takes place in concrete tanks.

Ageing

The wine matures for 24 months in 30 hl oak casks, followed by four months in bottle.

Tasting profile

The nose is appealing, while the palate is juicy and elegant, with high acidity and firm tannins. With age, the tannins and acidity soften, making the wine more approachable and harmonious.
