Vineyard and terroir
Le Pupille is drawn from two special estate vineyards, which are kept separate during vinification.

Syrah.
Vinification
The berries are removed from the stems by hand, while a small proportion of whole clusters is retained. The two vineyard components are vinified separately using two methods: open 500 L tonneaux and handmade 500 L terracotta jars.
Ageing
The wine matures for 15 months in 300 L French-oak barrels, followed by at least 18 months in bottle.
Label / history
The name reflects the wine’s dual identity: two vineyards, two vinification methods and two generations. It was the first wine created through the shared work of Elisabetta Geppetti and her daughter Clara—a Syrah in which tradition and the future meet.
