About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Maremma Toscana and harvested at optimal ripeness.
Grapes
The 2017 blend comprises 90% Syrah and 10% Vermentino.
Vinification
After destemming, the grapes undergo five days of cold maceration at 5–7 °C. Alcoholic fermentation follows the white-wine method in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. The wine is then clarified, filtered and bottled in February of the following year.
