Quality and beauty inside and outside the bottle

The historic Chiuro premises underwent internal and external renovation over two years. Architect Rocco Borromini created a new visual identity connecting the stone building with the modern production area and reused the visual language of wooden sparkling-wine pupitres on the exterior. Photovoltaic panels installed on the historic façade can make the winery self-sufficient during some periods. Archilovers included the completed project among its ten leading wineries of 2023. The renovated cellars remain open for booked visits and tastings.
