Hill Barolo 2018 – Saturday 30th June

Hill Barolo took place on Saturday 30 June 2018, creating an encounter between Piedmont and Trentino and their differing climates, soils and traditions. The first part of the evening presented Barolo 2014 at the Cantina Comunale di La Morra with oenologist Sergio Molino and Professor Armando Gambera.

A gala dinner followed, prepared by Andrea Ribaldone of the one-Michelin-starred Osteria Arborina and accompanied by music. Barolo from La Morra was joined by dry and sweet wines from Trentino. Pallapugno champion Massimo Vacchetto attended as special guest and was awarded the title Ambassador of Barolo 2014 for Italian sport.
