Easter in Brolio

The 2026 Easter lunch at Osteria di Brolio was offered at €70 per person with wine pairing. The menu comprised marinated sea-bass tartare with beetroot, almonds and goat cheese; fried artichoke with ricotta cream, truffle and mint; spaghetti alla chitarra with fava beans, crisp guanciale and Certaldo onion; charcoal-grilled lamb ravioli with pea-and-mint sauce and aged pecorino; beef with seasonal vegetables and truffle; and pastiera with vanilla cream and a chocolate egg.
