About this wine
Vinification
The Marzemino grapes are harvested by hand, gently destemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place with skin contact in stainless-steel tanks, with several pump-overs to extract aroma and colour.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months in steel tanks to retain its fresh fruit character and bright aromas.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is expressive and bright. The palate is refreshing and fruit-forward.
