About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from a selected part of the Collio hills considered especially well suited to Ribolla Gialla. The vines grow in ponca, the area’s ancient calcareous marl, which supports the wine’s freshness, complexity, savoury character and mineral expression.

Grapes

Ribolla Gialla, an indigenous Friuli-Venezia Giulia variety.

Tasting profile

Delicate acacia and woodland aromas are joined by mineral nuances. The palate is fresh, light, agile and dynamic, combining savouriness with aromatic depth and a lively tension that encourages another sip.

Serving and pairing

Suitable for soups, cream soups and veloutés, with a particular affinity for fish dishes.
