Tasting profile
Ruby red. The broad, intense floral bouquet develops pronounced aromas of sour cherry and red fruit alongside spice. Full-bodied and structured, with a firm, tannic yet clean and elegant character. Ripe cherry, plum and blackberry return on the palate, accompanied by pepper, sweet spices, tamarind, cinchona and vanilla. The texture is soft and enveloping, the tannins polished, and the freshness brings balance through a persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18 °C. Its harmonious profile suits service throughout a meal, particularly with chicken, roasts, grilled meat, game and aubergine parmigiana.
