Technical data
The wine is packaged in a 3 L bag-in-box. The box contains no plastic extra handles, uses FSC-certified material from responsibly managed forests and is printed with solvent-free, water-based inks. Its total average emissions are nearly 41% lower than those of a standard glass bottle.
Label / history
The name recalls the fiasco, the large straw-covered glass vessel that was Tuscany's most widespread wine container for centuries and helped agricultural workers keep their wine fresh in the fields. The bag-in-box is presented as a contemporary counterpart: portable, capable of preserving the wine for an extended period after opening, and designed to reduce climate impact.
