#CC2019 – Un tripudio di toscanità

San Fabiano Calcinaia introduced its 2019 organic Chianti Classico in the estate’s ageing cellar. The blend brought together Sangiovese, Colorino and Malvasia Nera. The estate emphasized persistence and elegance as objectives even for a young wine. Roberto Berti, a FIS Toscana sommelier, provided an advance assessment describing a bright, transparent ruby colour with violet reflections; floral, red-fruit, pepper, vanilla and vinous aromas; and a fresh, moderately bodied palate with young tannins and a persistent finish.
